   I was skeptical of this product, but it has immensely softened one troublesome/thick area of a very huge scar very quickly. I have a 4 month old hip-to-hip incision, and the center part of that scar developed a lot of hard scar tissue. I can tell in just over 1 week of use that the scar is softening. The product is not oily, has no bad aroma, is easy to apply, and seems to be working. I will continue to use this product for the next 6 months to see what it can continue to do for this scar and for my older scars, but so far...pleasantly surprised.

To be honest I never saw results with the product from the office. I’ve been using the this Gel for 6 weeks and I am seeing results of a smoother and slowly fading scar line. Also the original product left staining on my clothes and was quite thick which seemed to take an increased amount to cover the scar. This product goes on very easily and is clear so no more spray and wash to my clothes after wearing

   There are several scar gels out there to choose from and some less expensive. I choose aroamas after a face lipo surgery. I was surprised it actually minimized the appearance of scars after scabbing fell away. I have now used it on animal scratch scars, forehead chickenpox scar and I am currently using it on a 2 inch healed surgical incision done by a plastic surgeon that I hope with time will not even be visible.

   We started using this product two weeks ago after stitches and consulting with two plastic surgeons. One of the two docs was a bigger proponent than the other but we still elected to use the gel. We massaged it in daily and the improvement was meaningful. We were so pleased that we started using the gel on older scars as well. We haven’t really seen any progress on the older scars but we intend to use it for at least 6 months before making our final assessment.

   This gel is great because it goes in and absorbs quickly. I am using several times a day. This product always works for me and I have used it on small scars and large scars including acne scars. The key is to just keep putting it on and then... one day the scar is just suddenly lighter in color and and also flattens out bumpy scars. I prefer the stick on tape from this same brand as it seems to work quickly for me but you can't always walk around with tape on your body :) and the tape is more expensive even when you are cutting it into little pieces so this gel is great. I'm using right now on injury on my ankle and the tape will not stay put for days on my ankle.
