I have pretty sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any issues such as dry skin, rash, etc. Easy to apply and it doesn't have an offensive order. So far I'm pleased with the results.    I have some pretty bad keloid scars on my face (jawline). They were perpetually itchy and sensitive. Since applying this gel, I think I've had some improvement in the raised-ness of the scars and the discoloration. The relief to itching came quickly too. It's not been a month yet, so I don't know how far this OTC solution can take me, but so far the signs all seem good. I was worried because the price is not cheap, but because only a very thin layer of the gel is needed for each application, I think this will work out ok.
