   I bought this for my husband and he absolutely fell in love with it immediately! Thought it was the coolest thing ever. You do have to hold the cord & nozzle downward for it to work best. We keep ours up high, so we just reach the nozzle and it automatically hangs down-no issues!

   Nice dispenser. Pours like a champ. Obviously because it's gravity fed you have to keep the nozzle below the tank but since it is tall enough, it's not an issue. My only complaint is, why would you make a liquor dispenser that holds 900 ml? If you are going to make something bigger than a 750 at least make the reservoir large enough to hold a liter bottle.... May not seem like much but it bugged me.
