I get the deep painful cystic acne and this has cleared those hard to heal acne in a week (which is a miracle). Don't know how I've lived my life without this. I tend to use the attachment with the coil the most. Im someone who needs to feel the electricity or I dont think its working. But they have lots of attachments you can use.

The first picture is after my first treatment, then the second treatment, and the third. Sorry they’re in different lighting.
