The back side would have no issues holding it for an extended period of time. The front may fall out if you・€・re doing a lot of activity in it, but it・€・s not even designed to be a real plate carrier so I just wanted to say that it・€・s a great product!

   Awesome plate carrier it does fit on the more medium to large side. I・€・m 5・€・5・€・ 130 and it is a tad big. I did purchase foam inserts and it fit and felt 100 times better. As it is so soft and comfortable when loaded up you need the plates unless you are larger and can get it nice and snug in my opinion

   Absolutely the best vest I've ever bought for airsoft and even real steel ,has so much room for magazines, airsoft grenades,you name it, though only thing that bothers me is the many strands of thread that I needed to burn in with a lighter, and the plastic buckles which I would personally replace for metal ones, this thing even has real steel plate insert pockets on the front back and sides,definitely recommend,will be picking up the gray and newly released black multi camo on their page,like other people have mentioned, one pouch or two does have loose metal circle buckles that don't fully click or gold but that doesn't bother me, would recommend again!
