   I don't know why people complain that it doesn't get hot, my scalp isn't even sensitive and I feel a burning sensation when it heats up on the highest setting - so I have to use it low but it's PERFECT For deep moisturizing. I would normally rinse the product out of my hair and use this with olaplex, or shampoo and then use with a deep conditioner. The chord is long enough to stick on the floor while I'm sitting on the bed. I can even walk a few feet to turn on the ceiling fan. In addition, it is very comfortable and does not irritate your forehead like some other hats. There's a zipper to tighten the cap, but if you're using something oily, you'll want a towel to drip onto. I would recommend this limitation to anyone. It was very relaxing and really helped treat my thirsty, dry hair.

My only complaint is the first time I used it, it kept turning off. I had to constantly turn it off and on. Second time it didn’t do that.

   Easy to use, the cap is a bit difficult to adjust with the drawstring, not a tight fit, but very comfortable. The cord is long enough that the tip won't be at an odd angle when plugged in, but not too long for you to walk around. This is just what I needed for a pre-show deep conditioning treatment.

I used it over color remover to lift out color that got too dark, and then again for deep oil treatment a few days after my hair coloring so it’s not so dry looking.    I use the product for deep conditioning and it works great. I put on a plastic cap before using the steam cap because I don't want to worry about cleaning. Make sure you towel dry your hair as recommended before applying conditioner To avoid excessive dripping while wearing the cap. I failed to do that and I had a lot of moisture dripping around the steam cap on my towels. Lessons Learned. Generally a good quick method to make a deep conditioner.
